What is the common name for the Palace of Westminster?

The main idea here is knowing what people call the building where the UK Parliament meets. The Palace of Westminster is the seat of Parliament, housing both the House of Lords and the House of Commons. The common name for that building and the two-chamber institution is The Houses of Parliament. You’ll hear this in news, guides, and everyday speech when referring to where Parliament sits. Westminster Palace isn’t a standard term people use, and “The Royal Parliament” isn’t a recognized name for this building. “Parliament House” is used in other countries or contexts, but not for the UK’s Palace of Westminster.
